Bite Size Pizzettes!

Looking for some last minute Super Bowl snacks? These pizzettes should do the trick!
Mini bite size pizza's made any way you like them. Just roll out some pizza dough, cut out rounds with a 2-3 inch cookie or pastry cutter. Place on greased baking sheet, top with your favorite ingredients, bake at 400F till crispy and golden, around 10 minutes.
My favorites are, artichoke and gorgonzola , and caprese style with tomato, basil and fresh mozzarella. The possibilities are endless, just make sure you make a bunch because they go quick!

Enjoy the game!!

Now THAT'S a SUPER bowl snack!!! I'd love an artichoke, gorgonzola pizzette as well as a caprese one, too! Better make that 3 or 4. YUM! Have a great superbowl Sunday!

Don't be too shocked: We don't do the Super Bowl thing. (Gasp!) I'd certainly watch it of you hand these round. They'd be great nibbles for a party.

These look a lot easier to manage than a large pizza - and so many options too, for toppings. You can set up a "pizzette" bar.

So good! I like bacon, mascarpone, mushrooms and caramelized onions. Can you fit all that on a tiny pizza bite?
